Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Respect the intellectual property rights of NINA Institute and third parties.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to decide/keep/modify the pricing of our products/services. We also reserve the right to offer pricing which may differ from person to person depending on various factors including but not limited to individual needs, services offered, experience of persons offering services, geographical location, market scenario, etc.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website/Mobile Application.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINA Institute and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

No Refunds Policy

M NINA Institute aims to maintain transparency regarding its refund policy. As such, the NINA Institute does not offer refunds for online nutrition courses and nutrition coach certification services. Once you have enrolled in a course or certification program and made payment, all transactions are deemed final, and requests for refunds will not be entertained.

Under no circumstances will refunds be granted, including but not limited to situations where the course or certification program has been fully utilized.

If you have purchased a course or certification program from NINA Institute, you will not be eligible for a refund for any reason whatsoever.

The NINA Institute will only issue refunds in the event of duplicate payments made for the same course or certification program. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified by the NINA Institute

Changes to the No Refund Policy: NINA Institute reserves the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this policy for any changes.
